"Animal House" fans can catch a behind-the-scenes peek at the film this weekend, when the Cottage Grove Museum exhibits photographs of the movie’s filming by John Bauguess.
"Animal House" is one of the most beloved comedies of the 1970s and was filmed primarily at the University of Oregon. Bauguess, a well-known photographer with more than 40 years worth of published photography, has loaned the museum highlights of images he took during the filming pof "Animal House." Some of Bauguess’ work is also included in the University of Oregon’s Fine Arts Photography collection.
The exhibit is on display through September at the Cottage Grove Museum, 147 N. H Street, Cottage Grove. The museum is open 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with free admission.
